As Adam, the owner of maple.bar, passes the café on to Kate, who has helped shape it from the very beginning, we're carrying forward the community, warmth, and welcoming spirit that have always made this place special. Inspired by the Swedish tradition of fika, this next chapter is all about making time to slow down, connect, and enjoy life's simple moments together.

Fika is more than a new name. It's a reflection of what this café has always been: a place to gather, share conversation over a warm cup of coffee, enjoy pastries with friends, and feel right at home.
